How do I participate in the auction of the Featured Agent Advertising Program?
Congratulations on being qualified to be part of the Featured Agent Advertising Program!
RankMyAgent’s new advertising feature aims to build generosity by giving back to the local communities that real estate professionals like you serve, while also offering valuable advertising opportunities in city-specific searches.
Note: The Featured Agent Program is an exclusive, invitation-only advertising opportunity offered by RankMyAgent.
Enroll to an Auction
Once you've received the email regarding the upcoming auction or the auction has started, you can enroll by following these steps:
- Log in to your RankMyAgent account here.
- Click Get Featured.
- Select the auction you want to participate in, then click the Enroll button. You can enroll in Auctions marked as Active auction and Upcoming auction.
- Take the time to read the Featured Agent Advertising Program Agreement, then click Accept and Continue.
- Select your preferred payment method. You can select from your available payment method or click "Add new" to add a new payment method.
- Pick your charity from our shortlist of government-approved charitable organizations, then click Enroll.
Note: If your chosen charity is not on the list, please send us an email at support@rankmyagent.com with your Charity name, bio, and charitable registration number and we can follow up with next steps.
Place Bid
When you receive a notification that the auction has started, you can now place your bid.
- Follow steps 1 and 2 above.
- Click the Show button on the selected auction.
- If you're not yet enrolled in the auction, follow steps 4 - 6 above.
- Once enrolled, adjust the bid amount* by clicking the - and + signs.
*The minimum bid amount is $500 CAD. In addition, an agent cannot bid an amount lower than the already posted bids of other agents.
- Click Place bid, then select Confirm.
- Your bid details and rank will be displayed.
Note: You’ll receive an email notification if another agent outbids you and you’re removed from the Top 3. At that point, you’ll have the opportunity to place a new bid.
