How do I get my MLS Production Sheet / Transactions List?

The Featured Agent Advertising Program is available to agents who are market leaders in their target geographic area. Therefore, we request that participating agents submit a copy of their MLS transaction records from the past 12 months. You can view your MLS production or transaction list by following these steps:

View Listings in REALM


A. Via the Search Tab

  1. Go to the Search tab.
  2. Open the Filters panel.
  3. Under Status, select Sold or Leased.
  4. Scroll to the Closing Date or Status Date field and enter the date range (past 12 months).
  5. Scroll to the bottom and select Salesperson Brokerage > Salesperson.
  6. Choose your brokerage and then yourself as the salesperson.
  7. Click Apply to generate the results.

B. Via Listing Inventory

  1. Go to the Search tab.
  2. Select Salesperson Brokerage > Salesperson.
  3. Use the multi-selector panel to view all Salespersons associated with your Brokerage.
  4. Choose yourself as the salesperson.
  5. Click the Resources Menu and select Listing Inventory


Using BrokerBay (if integrated with your brokerage)

Check your agent dashboard for a “Transactions” or “My Listings” tab.

  1. Log in to your MLS account (i.e., Torontomls.net) on REALM.
  2. Go to Search → Choose Residential (or Commercial, if applicable).
  3. On the search screen, click on “More Options”.
  4. Use the following fields to filter by your activity:

➤ For Listings:

  • In the “Listing Agent ID” field, enter your agent code.
  • Optional: Filter by Status (Sold, Leased, etc.) and Date Range (List Date or Sold Date).

➤ For Buyer/Co-op Side:

  • In the “Co-operating Agent ID” field, enter your agent code again.
  • This will show all the transactions where you represented the buyer.

➤ To see all of your transactions (buy + list):

  • Run two separate searches:
  • One for Listing Agent ID
  • One for Co-op Agent ID
  • Or combine both into one if your board allows OR/AND operator filters.
  1. Click “Search” to view the results.
