How do I add a video to my profile?

To add a video to your profile, follow these steps:

1.  Log in to your RankMyAgent account by selecting "Login" on our Homepage. (Forgot your password? Reset it here.) 

2.  Go to "Account" > Select "Edit Profile".

3.  Scroll down to the "Web and Social" section. In the "YouTube Video" or "Vimeo Video" fields, paste the URL embed link of your YouTube or Vimeo video. 

3.a. Getting your YouTube embed link

• Go to your YouTube video page.
• Click the "Share" button below the video.

• Click the "Embed" icon.

• In the window that appears, copy the text after embed/ and before the quotation marks ("). See the sample below for reference. This is different from the standard YouTube link (which usually starts with https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=…) and is required to embed your video correctly.

3.b. Getting your Vimeo embed link

• Go to your Vimeo video page.
• Click the “Share” button.
• Copy the URL under the “Embed” section that starts with https://player.vimeo.com/video/…. This is different from the standard Vimeo link (https://vimeo.com/VIDEO_ID) and is required to embed your video correctly.

4. Click the "Update" button after pasting your URL link into this area, so the changes you've made will be saved.
