RankMyAgent (RMA) Data Usage & Integrity Policy

To maintain the high standard of consumer trust and the "Verified" status of RankMyAgent (RMA) data, the following standards apply to all manual exports provided to Members for use with third-party platforms.



1. Verbatim Integrity & AI Restrictions


  • No Rephrasing: Review text must remain 100% verbatim.
  • AI Modification: Third-party AI tools may not summarize, rephrase, or alter the "voice" of the review. Any alteration nullifies the "Verified" status.
  • Model Training Prohibited: RMA data is licensed for display only. The Agent and their service providers are strictly prohibited from using exported RMA data to train, fine-tune, or test proprietary Machine Learning (ML) or Large Language Models (LLM).

2. Mandatory Branding & Attribution

  • Visual Credit: All digital assets (videos, images, posts) must feature a clearly legible "Verified by RankMyAgent" watermark or logo.
  • Source Verification Link: A direct, clickable backlink to the Agent’s specific RMA profile must be included in the social caption or metadata to allow consumers to verify the review source.

3. Limited License & Data Privacy

  • Non-Transferable License: RMA grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to the Agent to display this data. This data cannot be sold or sub-licensed to other third parties.
  • PII Protection: Exports contain only public review data. Any attempt to deanonymize reviewers or extract non-public metadata is a violation of this policy and the RMA Privacy Policy.

4. Liability & Indemnification

  • "As-Is" Basis: Data is provided "as-is." RMA is not liable for technical errors, omissions, or the performance of third-party marketing tools.
  • Indemnity: By accepting this data, the Agent agrees to indemnify and hold RankMyAgent harmless from any legal claims (including defamation or trademark misuse) arising from the Agent’s or their service provider’s (e.g., Roomvu) use or modification of the data.

5. Termination of Access

  • Compliance Audit: RMA reserves the right to audit the use of its data.
  • Revocation: Failure to comply with verbatim, attribution, or AI training standards will result in the immediate revocation of data access and potential suspension of the Agent’s account.
